All products manufactured by Grizelonshakeo are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our custom blinds and curtains, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will inspect the product and, if confirmed as a defect, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
If we made an error in measuring your windows, we will correct the product at no charge. If the error was due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, a new order will be required at the customer's expense.

Refunds are only available in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
All custom window treatments from Grizelonshakeo come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.
